The aim of the research is to evaluate the knowledge, both available and anew collected, its reliability, to work out criteria helping to quantitatively estimate the losses gained when a material culture was created. The leading role belongs to spiritual culture; its realization is connected with noosphere.
In this work we made an attempt to unite knowledge of humanitarian and natural sciences when regarding the problems of risks caused by their mistakes. We tried to ascertain these mistakes, evaluate their interinfluence, their role in the life of an individual and mankind in general, using the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of risks.
